The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites applications for a full-time, tenure track position in our Business and Leadership Pathway beginning August 15th, 2026. The position requires a specialization in Marketing with experience, success, and interest in offering marketing content. The teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester (fall and spring). Other responsibilities include advising and curricular initiatives of the marketing programming as well as continuing professional development and a commitment to collaboration and service within the Pathway, across the University and in the community. The successful candidate must be able to advance the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University. Rank and salary are dependent upon the appointee's qualifications and experience. A candidate with a bachelor's degree in an area of business with having completed 18 graduate credit hours in marketing is required for this position. Master's degree in an area of business; marketing preferred; terminal degree preferred.
