- outstanding artistic and pedagogical qualifications for the subject area in question

- expertise in pedagogical and/or artistic work with adults, preferably in the field of training or further education
Specific Requirements
- specialisation in the field of movement/movement improvisation
- artistic activities related to music and movement education/rhythmics
- Broad-based expertise in the fields of music, voice and improvisation
- Competence in gender, inclusion and diversity issues
- Ability to work as part of a team
