Offer Description
Applicants must pass the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Polish Law on Higher Education of 20 July 2018 (published in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, Dz. U. no 1571 from 2024 with later changes) and meet the following requirements:
- a university degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field;
- at least one year of experience in teaching and conducting practical classes for university students;
- strong knowledge of research and laboratory techniques;
- practical experience in chemical analysis using chromatographic techniques, particularly HPIC, and spectroscopic techniques, including UV-Vis spectroscopy;
- experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of raw materials and herbal products using instrumental methods, as well as in the isolation of bioactive compounds and phytochemical investigations;
- willingness and motivation to continuously develop professional and scientific qualifications;
- a documented scientific track record from the last five years, including publications in journals listed in the Polish Ministry of Education and Science (MEiN) journal ranking and participation in scientific conferences related to herbal medicine, with particular emphasis on the analysis and biological activity of plant-derived bioactive compounds;
- knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles, as well as quality standards applicable to laboratory and clinical research;
- familiarity with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard;
- good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage one's own workload effectively;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- availability – performing work within the times stipulated in the schedule.

Offered salary: 4.000,00 PLN-4.200,00 PLN and seniority pay.
