Pick up and deliver materials to various job locations on and off campus. Prepare roof surfaces and work areas for roofing projects. Perform general labor duties, including sweeping, mopping, demolition, and job-site cleanup. Operate University vehicles, including dump trucks, as assigned and authorized. Assist with loading and unloading dump trucks. Support additional maintenance activities, including cleaning cabinets and installing cove base and ceiling tiles.
