JOB DUTIES:
45% - Plan and coordinate greenhouse gas and related soil health measurement activities across commodities and measurement teams. 15% - Communicate with scientists, Extension associates, landowners, and technicians to ensure that measurement protocols are followed and completed in a timely manner. 10% - Collect, maintain, organize, and curate measurement data and related metadata. 10% - Analyze and synthesize greenhouse gas flux and related measurement data to support reports, monitoring frameworks, planning documents, management recommendations, and scientific publications. 5% - Assist project leadership with preparation of reports, especially those involving greenhouse gas measurement data and synthesis. 15% - Communicate with scientists, Extension associates, landowners, and technicians to ensure that measurement protocols are followed and completed in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a related field and work experience directly related to the assigned research area; or a high school diploma and advanced journey-level work experience in a clinical or research setting.
Preferred Requirements:
Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Soil Science, Plant Science or related field.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: Expected Salary Range 60,000 - 70,000 Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL: Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
