Support the implementation of digital and social media strategies by scheduling content, gathering assets, and helping to maintain consistency across platforms.Draft and update basic written materials such as game notes, press releases, and web content under the guidance of senior staff.Help organize media operations for home vents, including credentialing, staffing check-ins, and coordinating postgame interviews.Provide support in maintaining accurate game statistics, records, and historical data in collaboration with official scorers and stat crew.Assist with uploading and organizing multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) across internal systems and external platforms.Respond to internal and external information requests, providing clear and accurate answers or routing inquiries to appropriate staff.Participate in communications planning meetings and contribute ideas for coverage, promotions, or content campaigns.Collaborate with student interns or volunteers, helping answer questions and providing guidance on day-to-day tasks.Ensure that all work complies with department policies, University standards, and NCAA regulations, seeking direction as needed.Budget accountability.Additional duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety ReportIn compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an
Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.
