UHS Medical Services provides high quality medical services to UW-Madison students with specialties in primary care, gynecology, sexual health, travel medicine, allergy and immunization, and physical therapy. Our clinicians also provide a wide range of preventative care in support of the UHS overarching mission of promoting students' academic and personal success through an integrated model of medical, mental health, and prevention activities and services.
Compensation:The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.00, and is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications:- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to start date
- Minimum of 6 months of paid work experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications:- Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant in an ambulatory care environment
- Minimum of one year of paid work experience in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated ability to perform patient care procedures according to established protocols, ensuring safe and consistent outcomes
- Completion of Medical Assistant program and/or certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA,RMA,CCMA)
- Certifications: CNA, EMT, LPN, CMA
Education:- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
