Medical Laboratory Technician Instructor/Program Manager - DCB Downtown Minot Location

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Instructor/Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our new MLT program. This dual-role position is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction while overseeing all aspects of program management, including curriculum development, accreditation compliance, faculty coordination, student advising, and partnerships with clinical sites. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and accrediting the program, ensuring it meets industry standards and prepares students for successful careers in medical laboratory science.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory
• Current national certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician through ASCP or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

• Master's degree in medical laboratory science or related field
• Experience managing clinical affiliations and coordinating student placements
• Knowledge of assessment practices, student learning outcomes, and program evaluation
• Prior experience as a program director or lead faculty in an MLT program
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional delivery in a postsecondary or clinical training environment
• Familiarity with NAACLS accreditation standards and program management practices

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: SALARY: $64,000.00- 68,000.00
