Develop and execute content plans that support Medical School priorities and effectively reach key audiences.Coordinate and conduct interviews with learners, faculty, staff, alumni, and other stakeholders to create compelling stories and profiles.Research, write, edit, and produce content for websites, newsletters, annual reports, and other materials as needed. Manage production and distribution of newsletters, annual reports, and other materials as needed.Format and upload content to the Medical School website.Collaborate with communications and marketing colleagues to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and audience needs.25%: Support Communications Operations- Support content planning and editorial calendar management processes.
- Provide continuity and backup support for internal communications and editorial functions as needed.
- Contribute to workflow coordination and project management activities within the team.
- Coordinate broader Medical School communications team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:- BA/BS degree plus at least two years of experience or a combination of related education and work experience to equal at least six years
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels to facilitate positive working relationships
- Demonstrated project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Drupal, Canva, video editing software
