Teach medication administration principles, procedures, and safety practices. Provide instruction and demonstration of required Medication Manager skills, including topical medication administration and other applicable medication-related procedures. Evaluate student competency and provide appropriate feedback and remediation when needed. Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and other required course documentation. Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment. Promote safe practices and reinforce the importance of following medication administration policies and procedures. Communicate promptly with Continuing Education staff regarding student concerns, attendance issues, or other situations that may affect successful course completion. Maintain confidentiality of student information. Attend instructor meetings, training, or professional development as required.
