Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing direct counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups.

Minimum Annual Salary $49,700
Responsibilities
Provides direct counseling services. - 60% -Provides counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups. -Provides consulting support to staff, faculty, and administrators. -Provides crisis counseling as needed. -Obtain clinical supervision when needed or required by licensure. -Administers and interprets assessments to aid in the delivery of services with special attention to risk assessments for self-harm and harm to others. -Maintains timely, accurate, and professional documentation.
Assists in the delivery of counseling services and programs. - 35% -Participates in case conferences and case presentations. -Assists in the development and implementation of mental health student programming. -Works with the college community to develop the counseling program to meet the needs of the campus. -Evaluate services provided.
Performs a variety of related duties. - 5% -Serves on a variety of college committees. -Engages in professional service to the campus community. -Participate in on-going professional development activities.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements Masters degree in a course of study related to the occupational field required.
Other Required Qualifications -Possession of or ability to readily obtain state professional counseling licensure. -Required License: LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or other equivalent license.
Required Experience More than one year of related experience is required.
