Micro-Credentialing Instructional Designer
Position Introduction
The Online Instructional Designer will use evidence-based practices to craft, deliver, and support a micro-credentialing initiative. The designer will develop a standards-based curriculum for students, professional learning experiences for educators, and college and career readiness activities for all stakeholders. This professional will collaborate with subject matter experts, K20 Center staff, and other stakeholders to identify meaningful learning outcomes and select the most appropriate instructional approach (face-to-face, hybrid, or online) to realize those objectives fully. The Instructional Designer will utilize learner-centered instructional practices that foster higher-order thinking through real-world connections and substantive conversations that increase the depth of knowledge.
