. Deterministic and stochastic kinetic models and compartmental reaction-diffusion models will be implemented to study how molecular exchange, relaxation times and noise affect temporal memory and responses to stimulus sequences. Activities include numerical verification through conservation tests, analytical limits and convergence; sensitivity, identifiability and uncertainty-propagation analyses; comparison with passive, uncoupled and well-mixed controls; and assessment of predictions under conditions withheld from calibration. Outputs will include reproducible code, benchmarks and a report on model validity domains, supporting the neuromorphic-computing research lines of BRAINFEDERATION
