Job ID: 375688 About the Job We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Minnesota Center for Prion Research & Outreach (MNPRO) for a temporary research appointment. The successful candidate will: Assist with nanopore sequencing experiments Curate molecular data within lab and MSI servers Help write and/or submit peer-reviewed publications Prepare and submit sequence data to NCBI. This role is designed for a researcher with demonstrated experience in nanopore sequencing and bioinformatics,
direct experience submitting sequence data to NCBI, and prior experience working within a BSL2 molecular lab.
