We are currently looking for a Molecular Biology and Genetics graduate to join our Molecular Laboratory team with the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics, Genetics and Bioengineering, Biology, or a related field
- Knowledge of basic molecular genetic techniques (e.g., DNA isolation, PCR, electrophoresis)
- Proficiency in English, sufficient to read and understand scientific literature
- Ability to adapt to laboratory workflow and discipline
- Responsible, attentive to detail, and eager to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to establish effective and positive interactions
- Goal-oriented and motivated to work toward defined objectives
- Team player with good interpersonal skills, well-organized, and attentive to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in a molecular genetics laboratory
- Knowledge of or experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Familiarity with laboratory quality management systems, especially ISO 15189
