Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a world-renowned research institute?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Divisional Administrator to support the Neurobiology Division at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB).
Working closely with the Divisional Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to a Division of more than 130 staff and students. This varied role includes supporting HR processes, coordinating visitors and events, arranging travel, assisting with finance administration, maintaining records, and acting as a key point of contact for members of the Division.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You should be confident using Microsoft Office applications and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English, is required.
Applications from individuals at the beginning of their administrative career who can demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to learn are welcome. Full training will be provided, together with access to the LMB's extensive learning and development opportunities.
This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 30 hours per week).

£25,772 to £27,884 per annum (pro rata if part-time)
