RF, Millimeter-Wave, and Integrated Systems Research
The research group led by Dr. Korkut Kaan Tokgöz at Sabancı University focuses on cutting-edge integrated circuits, high-frequency systems, and emerging wireless hardware architectures. The group specializes in physics-aware device modeling for RFIC design and realization, hardware-aware Edge AI algorithms tailored for phased arrays and MIMO front-ends, as well as hybrid integration techniques for integrated wireless communication hardware. By combining device-level physics with system-level innovation, the team aims to build high-performance, energy-efficient, and next-generation communication and sensing devices.
We are seeking highly motivated postdoctoral candidates with strong backgrounds in one or more of the following research areas:
- Physics-aware device modeling for RFIC design and realization
- Hardware-aware Edge AI for phased arrays and MIMO front-ends
- Hybrid integration for integrated wireless communication hardware
