Job Description
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses including but not limited to courses in the undergraduate music theory, Analytical Techniques, Pedagogy of Music Theory, and graduate theory seminars;
- Supervise undergraduate projects, graduate theses, and doctoral dissertations;
- Assist to build a domestic and international academic network;
- Provide employment guidance and suggestions for graduates;
- Participate in various domestic and international academic activities;
- Pursue a vigorous research agenda.
Qualification Requirements
- A doctoral degree in music theory;
- Evidence of established and active research in the field of music theory;
- Excellence in college-level teaching.
