Employee Benefits:

• For Lecturers/Associate Professors: Salary of about 100,000 RMB per year (including housing fund and allowance); apartment or rental allowance of 1,500-2,000 RMB/month; salary commensurate with title under Zhongshan Scholar Program.
• For Professors: Negotiable salary; initial research funding from 500,000 to 10,000,000 RMB; housing and relocation allowance; administrative support; career advancement opportunities; assistance for spouses and children.
