NCTF Ambassador
Essential Job Duties
The NCTF student ambassador will be assisting the unit with general office activities as well as assisting the NCTF University Program Manager with special projects. General administrative duties in the NCTF office may include copying, scanning and printing, answering emails, reserving conference rooms, arrange catering, etc.
Department Required Skills
- Ability to prioritize routine administrative tasks and multi-task effectively in a professional office setting.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills for managing office emails and coordinating with internal team members and vendors.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- Student at a UNC School System
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace for scheduling and document management.
