Candidates with strong backgrounds in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• A strong background in electronic devices, materials science, and a keen interest in device physics
• Experience in fabricating devices in a cleanroom, testing them, and/or modeling of devices
• Experience with memristors, phase transitions, optically sensitive materials, 2D materials, etc., is a plus
