The Department of Pathology at Yale University School of Medicine is seeking a pathologist with experience and training in Neuropathology Yale Pathology is a subspecialty practice and the successful candidate would join our Neuropathology team
The Department serves Yale New Haven Hospital and Bridgeport Hospital, major teaching and referral centers in southern Connecticut, and enjoys a robust outreach program providing consultative services to practitioners throughout the region and beyond.

Qualifications
Primary clinical service responsibilities include sign-out duties in surgical and autopsy neuropathology. Neuropathology clinical service encompasses diagnostic services supporting Yale New Haven Hospital and Yale’s Smilow Cancer Center as well as referrals from surrounding hospitals, including the Saint Raphael Campus in New Haven, Bridgeport Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, Milford Hospital and Griffin Hospital.
The Department has both an ACGME accredited residency program as well as Neuropathology fellowship where faculty are expected to take an active role in the training and teaching of Pathology residents and participate in inter- and intra- departmental conferences. The candidate will also take an active role in training medical students at Yale University School of Medicine. Another unique strength of Yale's Section of Neuropathology is that it is embedded within Yale University's vibrant neuroscience/neurology clinical and research environment. Sufficient time will be allocated to pursue academic interests and collaborative research.
