surgical neuropathology service, as well as other neuropathology subspecialty areas, commensurate with the candidate's experience and expertise. Options for the latter include, but are not limited to molecular, autopsy, neuromuscular, and ophthalmic neuropathology services. Clinical X and In Residence faculty within the Neuropathology Division are also expected to participate in academic activities that include clinical and/or basic research (investigator-initiated or collaborative), as well as teaching of medical school students, residents, fellows, and non-Pathology faculty colleagues. The successful candidate must possess an MD, MD/PhD, or an equivalent degree and hold, or be eligible for, California medical license by the time of hire.
