Night Auditor

Job Summary

This position works overnight shifts at the hotel front desk. Shifts are 11 pm-7 am. Must work holidays and weekends. The position is for any day of the week as needed.

Training will be done during the day and evening times until the employee is fully trained and can be moved up to nights which is what the regular shift 11 pm to 7 am will be. A free public transportation pass is included with employment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone.
• Provides general office support.
• Will work graveyards.
• Runs audit reports.
• Prepares daily credit card and cash deposits.
• Answers multi-line phones and assists guests as needed.
• Must also perform the duties of a front desk clerk.
• Must make time management decisions that ensure all duties are completed in a time-effective manner.
• Reports to the Front Office Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience). Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels: Office Services Clerk, IV: Requires 5+ years of related experience.
