Job Description
Follow instructions to perform a variety of duties in a dining hall or related facility.
Education and Experience
The ability to read, write, and follow instructions; record temperatures on dish machines, freezers, etc.

Responsibilities
- Load and operate a dishwashing machine.
- Remove and store washed dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, etc.
- Wash pots, pans and cooking utensils.
- Mop floors, wash walls windows, cabinets, shelves, equipment, etc., including locker room and bathroom areas.
- Clear and clean tables and dispose of trash and garbage.
- Observe safety and health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation.
- May move materials into and out of storage area.
- May fill milk and beverage dispensers and replenish as needed.
