Non-Tax Levy (NTA) - ePAF Implementation & Departmental Transition Support
General Duties

Campus Specific Information
The NTA will play a key role in centralizing and transitioning HR operational work from departmental HR Coordinators (HRCs) to the HR office. This role will focus on managing and supporting the implementation of the new ePAF (Electronic Personnel Action Form) system, ensuring a seamless transition for onboarding, reappointments, and hourly employee processing as City College migrates to Workday ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a support contact for departments during the rollout of the ePAF system.
- Assist in transitioning appointment and reappointment workflows from departmental HRCs to centralized HR processing.
- Support onboarding of hourly appointments, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Track, monitor, and report on ePAF submission status and turnaround times.
- Collaborate with HRIS to identify process bottlenecks and recommend workflow optimizations.
- Assist with testing ePAF integrations and related Workday transactions.
- Provide user support and training resources for hiring managers and department administrators.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Other Qualifications
- Prior experience with HR operations, Hourly recruitment, or departmental HR support.
- Familiarity with appointment workflows, onboarding processes, and HR systems.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with departments and internal teams.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly, with a focus on process improvement.
Compensation
$47.42 - Hourly
