Nurse Planner, Area Health Education Center - Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine
Required Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 or more years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience. Healthcare professionals must hold, or be eligible for, appropriate licensure as required by position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to pass an FBI/BCI enhanced background check to organization's standards is required
- Valid RN license from the state of Ohio is required
- Eligibility to function as a Nurse Planner under accreditation standards is required
- Master's degree in nursing, public health, education, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in continuing education, professional development, program planning, or community health is preferred
This position is grant-funded, with up to five years of funding subject to annual approval through a renewal process. The approved hiring range for this position is $51,281 to $67,947. Offers outside of this range require additional approvals. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate's education and experience in relation to the minimum qualifications for the position. Pay is accompanied by Ohio University's generous benefits package.
