Nursing Faculty
POSITION SUMMARY
The Community College of Aurora invites applications for a Nursing Faculty position. This Nursing Faculty member will be an essential part of the nursing program and the students educational experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for student success as well as high-quality, effective, engaging, inclusive, and student-centered instruction.

Faculty and Student Engagement, Professionalism & Collegiality, Instructional Excellence, Instructional Development & Quality, Curriculum and Assessment, Service: Institutional and Professional Contributions, Inclusive Instruction & Student Success, General Duties (detailed lists as posted).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from a Nursing Education Program with national nursing accreditation.
- Possess an active current, unencumbered Colorado RN License.
- Two years of full-time, or equivalent, professional nursing clinical experience.
- One (1) year of teaching experience.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Colorado Career and Technical Education (CTE) Credential.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Two (2) years of teaching experience.
- Experience with nursing program accreditation.
- Experience with curriculum development.
- Experience with online teaching and Learning Management System (LMS).
