Position Summary: The Department of Nutrition invites applications for temporary, part-time affiliate faculty teaching positions. The primary responsibility is to teach one or more credit hours. Areas include undergraduate and graduate courses such as Introduction to Nutrition, Medical Nutrition Therapy, and Community Nutrition. Responsibilities: Teach one or more credit hours as determined by the Department. Provide instruction in accordance with established curriculum. Be available for student consultations. Conduct assessments and adhere to university policies.

Required Qualifications: Minimum of a Master's degree in Nutrition or related field for undergraduate courses. Doctorate required for graduate courses.

Preferred Qualifications: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential; Two years of teaching experience; Previous online teaching experience; Experience with diverse students.

Terms of Employment: Part-time, at-will employees hired per credit hour. Not eligible for benefits. Expected to teach in person/on campus.
