Assist the Director in preparing for monthly Alumni Association meetings.

Organize and inventory Alumni giveaways/swag.

Assist in creating social media content and marketing materials

Assist in updating the Alumni Relations webpage

Assist with mailing of invitations, cards, and other communications

Network and socialize with Alumni when on campus or attending events.

Support Alumni Relations staff with special projects

General clerical work including typing, scanning, copying, answering and making phone calls, emailing and data entry. Perform other duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team, but comfortable working independently
• Able to prioritize assignments and adhere to deadlines
• Experience with social media
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, customer service oriented
• Ability to easily respond to evolving requests
• Handle sensitive materials and information and maintain confidentiality
