Responsibilities
Provides front desk administrative support for the Employee Assistance Program, to include: greeting clients, answering phones, assisting and referring visitors and callers accordingly, and scheduling clients.
Assists staff with projects. General office tasks. Assists with the Emergency Loan Fund (ELF) application and administration.
Resource identification and availability: keeps updated and accurate listings of community resources and availability to support and enhance referral connections for EAP clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/equivalent.
- Client/customer service experience.
- Professional demeanor and excellent people skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately, exercising discretion and good judgment.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook or comparable software.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an office environment.

Anticipated Salary Range
$15.00 per hour
