Academic & Student Support- Assist with academic record updates, evaluation distribution, and data entry related to student progress.
- Support student onboarding and graduation processes through checklist completion and document preparation.
- Respond to routine student, faculty, and staff inquiries and route complex issues to senior coordinators.
Accreditation & Compliance Support- Assist with preparation and organization of accreditation and regulatory documentation.
- Maintain documentation repositories and ensure files are complete and accessible.
- Support data collection activities under the direction of senior staff.
Financial & Operational Support- Initiate purchasing and travel requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Track invoices, receipts, and expense documentation for review by senior coordinators.
- Assist with supply ordering and inventory tracking.
- Support payroll and timekeeping processes through data collection and submission preparation.

Compensation Statement:The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
