Job Description:

Summary:

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is looking for personable and informed students to join our ambassador program to assist with the recruitment efforts. The ambassador’s primary role is to give 3 - 5 tours a week to prospective students and parents while giving an authentic glimpse of the AU experience by sharing personal encounters as students.

Essential Functions:

• The ambassador’s primary role is to give 3 - 5 tours a week to prospective students and parents while giving an authentic glimpse of the AU experience by sharing personal encounters as students.
• Staffing in-person and virtual events such as: admissions information sessions, Showcase AU, Preview Day, webinars, and other events.
• Ambassadors will also correspond with prospective and admitted students via email or in-person answering their questions about student life at AU.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Part-time.
• 20 hours per week.

Salary Range:

• $18.40 - $19.00 per hour.
