The Online Program Director position provides academic leadership and direction to the program and will actively champion the UNSW Online program to internal and external stakeholders. This role provides clear ownership, accountability, and strategic direction for the program. This includes oversight of the curriculum and management of a variety of program-related matters, in collaboration with the Faculty, School, and Lifelong Learning (LLL). The role has responsibility for continuous improvement of the program and student experience, intellectual rigour, and promotion of the program to prospective students, employers, and industry.

The Online Program Director will be responsible for overseeing two programs: Master of Business Psychology and Master of Sustainability.

About the role

• Level C - $155k - $178k plus 17% Superannuation and annual leave loading
• Fixed Term – 2 years
• Full time (35 hours)
