As a full-time faculty member of the College of Engineering, you will be engaged in education, research, social contribution, and overall university administration in order to achieve the educational and research objectives of the Shibaura Institute of Technology.

Housing Allowance (Monthly pay): 14700 yen（Head of the household), 10800 yen（Non-household head）
Family Allowance (Monthly pay): 16000 yen (Spouse), 8500 yen (Children under 18 years old), 10500 yen (Children between the ages of 18 and 21), 5000 yen (Parents)

Commuting Allowance: Commuting expenses will be provide a six-month commuting pass, capped at the price of a one-month JR commuter pass for a round trip of 100 km per leg.
