Job Summary:

The Department of Neurosurgery currently seeks a medical neuro-oncologist at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level to serve as a medical neuro-oncologist within our newly minted Brain Tumor Center. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) faculty position which will include teaching, clinical, research, and service responsibilities. Medical Neuro-Oncology works closely with a multi-disciplinary team including neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, neuropathologists, and neuroradiologists to create a comprehensive treatment plan unique to each individual patient...

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical duties: Acute and chronic outpatient care of Neuro-Oncology patients... Participation in clinical trials...
• Educational activities: Supervise medical students, residents, and fellows... Periodic presentation of lectures...
• Administrative responsibilities: Data entry... Attendance at meetings... Ongoing CME is required.

Work Location: Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located at one of our community practices in the southern or northern Front Range area.
