Job Overview

The College of Nursing invites applications from accomplished nurse scientists for a tenure-eligible faculty position at the Associate or Full Professor level. This 9-month faculty appointment includes teaching across two primary academic semesters with protected research time.

This position is based onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, with an anticipated start date of August 15, 2026.

Essential Functions

• Maintain an active, externally funded research program
• Publish regularly in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals
• Submit large-scale extramural grant applications
• Teach at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels
• Mentor students, postdoctoral fellows and emerging nurse scientists

Minimum Requirements

Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research. Demonstrated history of extramural funding. Doctorate or terminal degree required.
