Position Summary
The Department of Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the UNC School of Medicine is recruiting for an Open-Rank faculty position to enhance its clinical procedure portfolio. Duties include, but are not limited to endoscopic procedures, clinic visits, and coverage on our inpatient consultation service. Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and will be active in the training of Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellows, residents and medical students.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: MD, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience: A minimum of three years of gastroenterology training. Proficiency in advanced endoscopic procedures. Clinical education and/or research interest.
