Open Rank Lecturer position, Kelley School of Business (Professional Skills)
The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington is accepting applications for full-time Lecturer (open rank/non-tenure track) positions to teach Professional Skills (career/professional development) to undergraduates in the Communication, Professional, and Computer Skills area (CPCS), effective Fall 2026.
Teaching will include, but may not be limited to, the core undergraduate courses of BUS-T175 Kelley Compass 1, BUS-T275 Kelley Compass 2, and/or BUS-T375 Kelley Compass 3. These are 10-month appointments with an 18-credit hour teaching assignment.
The ideal candidate aligns with the mission and values of the Kelley School of Business and has expertise and experience teaching in an undergraduate business classroom.

Candidates must have either a Ph.D. (or ABD with completion by August 2026), Master’s Degree, or other postgraduate degree in Career Development/Counseling, Organizational Development, Business, Communication, Human Resources, Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Experience in career development, corporate recruiting, or corporate training and development is also valuable.
