Bioelectronics Engineers:
We're looking for experts in bioelectronics, implantable or wearable devices, and neuroscience to design and develop advanced neurotechnologies aimed at improving health. This could involve systems that promote healthy behaviors, enhance cognitive or mental health, or restore function after injury or disease. The institute offers access to advanced fabrication and prototyping, laboratories for product verification and validation, and regulatory guidance. Experience leading programs and advancing technologies toward commercialization is preferred. Competitive start-up funding is available.
MRI Physicist:
We seek candidates with demonstrated expertise in MRI physics, a record of leading research programs, building clinical partnership, and experience collaborating on image-guided medical robotics. The institute offers access to a newly installed Siemens 3T Magnetom Cima.X system, a mock-MRI suite, and other state-of-the-art resources for human health research. In addition, the institute provides dedicated support from an MRI Technologist and a Senior Research Scientist to facilitate advanced imaging studies. A strong interest in translating innovations from concept to clinical deployment is highly desirable. Competitive start-up funding is available.

Preferred and Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. or terminal degree in a field related to the Institute’s mission conferred by the start of employment
- Experience supervising technical staff or mentoring graduate students
- Evidence of productivity and an active research or entrepreneurship agenda commensurate with rank
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with engagement with Industry, not-for-profit, governmental organizations nationally and internationally
- Experience leading project teams
- Knowledge of translational pathways to move food, medical technology, data science, or cybersecurity solutions to commercialization
- Demonstrable subject matter expertise
- Understanding of regulatory considerations for commercialization of food or medical technologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge dissemination through formal or informal avenues
- Record of securing successful contract, grant, foundation, or other external funding
