Reporting to the Information Officer, you will support and co-ordinate the delivery of day-to-day work across the team and support the registration and graduation events.
You will be part of a highly skilled and flexible team, working in partnership with others across the department, and supporting students on behalf of the entire organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Working in the Certificates and Transcripts Team:
- Production and dispatch of certificates and transcripts
- Maintaining student records
- Collation, production and submission of reports
- Administrative processes relating to Postgraduate Research Students (thesis submission, progression and award)
- Supporting the Information Officer with planning and allocation of work to the team, ensuring work is completed within service level (across all channels).
- Working with the other Operational Co-Ordinator's to ensure consistency across all three teams and share best practice.

About the Department
Academic Registry is a student-focused service bringing together a wide range of academic administrative functions under one umbrella), empowering schools by removing administrative barriers and enabling them to focus on teaching, learning, and research.
The Certificates and Transcripts sit within Student Records in Academic Registry, along with the Registration Team, and the Fees and Awards Team. The Certificates and Transcripts team play a vital role in managing key stages of the student journey, ensuring accuracy, and an excellent student experience. We maintain and update student records, produce certificates and transcripts, manage the administrative processes relating to the progression and award of Postgraduate Research Students, and support the graduation and registration processes.
We aim for service excellence for all students and any stakeholders that interact with our service, whilst maintaining a firm focus on the evolution of our service using creativity, flexibility and innovation by anticipating and responding to the needs of our diverse student community.
