We are seeking to appoint a Programme Admin Administrator (part-time) to join our team providing comprehensive administrative support across taught programmes, contributing to the effective delivery of academic provision and a positive student experience.
Acting as a key point of contact, you will respond to a range of student and staff enquiries, ensuring a professional and responsive student-focused service. You'll have experience working in an administrative, customer-facing role and be comfortable managing a varied workload in a busy environment with an eye for detail and a willingness to work flexibly across the team.
As Programme Admin Administrator you can expect to be involved in:
- Supporting programme administration activities, including timetabling, examinations
- Providing administrative support to Boards of Examiners and other committees, including minute taking
- Maintaining accurate records and data in line with University policies and procedures
- Liaising with colleagues across the University to help resolve student admin issues
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience of working in an administrative role with customer interaction
- Good IT skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of using spreadsheets and databases
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
