Operations Assistant, Administrative
Position Purpose
This position supports efficient and effective departmental operations and a positive organizational culture through various administrative activities. It also provides backup support as needed for other administrative functions in TDI.

Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp
Associates plus 3+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- General office, administrative, or financial experience
- Effectively manage logistical and administrative details of multiple tasks or projects.
- Ability to plan work, set priorities, and respond effectively to deadlines, schedule changes, and priorities.
- Demonstrate good judgment and initiative.
- Collaborate and interact professionally with staff, faculty, and leadership.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Maintain and foster confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Customer service mindset.
- Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse community.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Dartmouth College computer systems and operational procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and web-based applications.
