Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
Xavier University of Louisiana is seeking applications for the position of Operations Coordinator in the Office of Student Affairs Operations. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the university's credentialing and access systems, dining billing reconciliation, and external events coordination. This position requires demonstrated experience with Transact and Entrust and the ability to provide exceptional service to students, faculty, staff, and external clients. AA/EOE
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Transact and Entrust systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in event coordination, contract administration, or client relations.
- Demonstrated ability to increase external event sales and build positive client relationships.
- Familiarity with higher education operations or student affairs administration.
