The Alumni and Fundraising department is seeking an Operations and Database Manager to join our dynamic team. This essential role is at the heart of our fundraising operations, managing and improving the alumni database and data management processes that underpin all our activities and enable the university to develop alumni and donor engagement.

You will oversee gift administration, financial reconciliation of all philanthropic gifts, manage department finance, and provide key analysis and regular reporting. The role also involves regularly and proactively enhancing existing relationships and identifying new potential donors through research and other identification techniques.

This is an important role within our growing university, supporting our ambitious plans for the future. The role may occasionally require flexibility in working arrangements to support key Alumni & Fundraising activities and deadlines.
