Job SummaryDepartment Specific Responsibilities
- Manage logistics- scheduling, supplies, maintenance of POCUS and Assessment center equipment and scheduled events.
- Mange scheduling and communications with faculty and students for all events in the Assessment center.
- Performs data entry, report writing, assistance with uploading grades and narrative comments as well as collecting and reporting feeback.
General Responsibilities
- Performs operational and administrative activities in support of departmental programs, services, and functions; completes assigned work in accordance with established procedures, requirements, and deadlines.
- Coordinates and monitors operational workflows and activities; tracks progress, follows up on outstanding items, and helps ensure operational processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Processes, reviews, and maintains operational records, transactions, forms, and documentation; verifies information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established requirements.
- Responds to inquiries from faculty, staff, students, vendors, and other stakeholders; provides information regarding departmental services, procedures, and operational processes and routes complex issues to appropriate resources.
- Assists with maintaining departmental databases, systems, records, and files; enters, updates, retrieves, and organizes information to support operational needs and reporting requirements.
- Compiles, tracks, and summarizes operational information and data; prepares routine reports, correspondence, and supporting materials for departmental activities.
- Participates in the implementation of process improvements, procedural updates, and operational initiatives; provides feedback regarding workflow effectiveness and opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Identifies routine operational issues, discrepancies, or service concerns; researches relevant information, takes appropriate action within established guidelines, and escalates issues requiring additional review.

EDUCATION
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree

- 2 years of related work experience.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. It requires the ability to move objects and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Requires attending and managing events which may include being in one place for several hours. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
