2. You will report to the Associate Director for Student Organizations and Administration, in a regular, full-time, 100% university staff appointment.

You will be responsible for leading HR administration for Student Engagement and Campus Life (SECL) and the Cultural and Community Centers (CCCs), serving as the primary liaison between the departments and the Student Affairs Human Resources Office. In this role, you will also design and implement training materials and resources to promote awareness and compliance with departmental and university policies, while providing administrative support to the Senior Director and SECL Associate Directors.
