Position Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of transportation operations across multiple locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of services. This position directly supervises CDL drivers, dispatch personnel, and daily route operations while maintaining high standards for safety, customer service, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise transportation operations across multiple locations.
- Oversee CDL drivers, dispatchers, route assignments, scheduling, and staffing.
- Monitor route performance, productivity, and customer service.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and discipline employees.
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, HOS, ELD, and company policies.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance and vehicle availability.
- Review payroll exceptions, attendance, PTO, and operational reports.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Serve as operational support by driving commercial vehicles when needed.

Requirements
