Job Details
Join a modern, ultra-high-performing established practice in Seattle. A rare opportunity.
We are seeking a full-time board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our surgeon-owned practice in Seattle. This is a four-day-per-week position split between our two neighboring locations, with an established referral base, no hospital or trauma call, and the potential for $1 million+ in annual earnings for a productive surgeon. We are open to two great outcomes: a long-term career associate who loves practicing here or, for the right person, a future path toward partnership.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for more than an excellent surgeon. We want someone who is warm, outgoing and exceptional with anxious or sensitive patients; a genuine team player who treats staff well; comfortable developing relationships with referring dentists; and confident explaining what makes our practice different. You should be curious about new technology, techniques and better ways of doing things. Experience is important, but so is being open-minded and flexible. We want someone interested in improving the practice, not simply completing the cases on the schedule. We want someone who naturally asks, "How can we make this better?" That could mean improving a workflow, developing a new service line, strengthening referral relationships, helping the team solve a problem or introducing a better way to care for patients.
Clinical practice:
Our practice includes third molar surgery, dental implants and complex reconstruction, bone grafting, full-arch implant care, office-based IV anesthesia and sedation, and select facial cosmetic procedures. We welcome surgeons who want to develop additional procedures or service lines and continue expanding clinically.
Technology and innovation:
Technology is integrated throughout both our clinical care and the way we run the practice. Our clinical platform includes X-Nav dynamic navigation, photogrammetry, intraoral scanning, SprintRay 3D printing, piezosurgery, PRF, ISQ, advanced digital implant planning, and modern anesthesia and monitoring equipment. We take the same approach to our systems, using tools such as Heidi AI clinical scribing, Slack, digital communication and modern workflows to make the practice more efficient and continually improve the patient and team experience. We like people who are curious about what is coming next.
A strong platform around you:
Our surgeons are supported by an experienced clinical team, a Director of Operations and dedicated marketing support. You can focus on surgery and patient care without being responsible for running the day-to-day business. We still want every surgeon to contribute to making the practice stronger, whether through relationships, clinical programs, systems or new ideas.
Schedule and compensation:
- Full-time, four days per week
- Approximately equal time between two neighboring locations
- No hospital or trauma call
- Guaranteed compensation during transition
- Percentage-of-collections compensation with significant upside
- Potential for $1 million+ annual earnings
- Health insurance
- Malpractice insurance
- Professional license expenses
Exact compensation will depend on experience.
Long-term opportunity:
A successful relationship could mean becoming an exceptionally well-compensated long-term associate with a great schedule, team and clinical environment. For someone who demonstrates clinical excellence, leadership, relationship-building ability and a meaningful contribution to the growth of the organization, future partnership or ownership may also be possible. We believe ownership should develop from demonstrated compatibility and shared success rather than being promised before either side has worked together.
About you:
You are board-certified or board-certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and want a practice where you can perform excellent surgery, have meaningful autonomy and continue growing. You care about your patients, your team and your referring doctors. You are interested in what oral surgery could look like five or ten years from now rather than simply doing things the way they have always been done. Most importantly, you want to practice somewhere you can have an impact and constantly get better.
If that sounds like you, we would love to talk.
