Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a proactive Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. In this role, you’ll be the face of TFC in your market territory — visiting customer job sites and offices to identify needs, provide solutions, and grow our presence in the construction fastener industry. This is lucrative greenfield location where the Sales Representative has the opportunity to build the Arizona territory with some of our most profitable established customers. This is a field-based position requiring daily travel within your territory.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfactionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your sales territoryMake regular in-person visits to customer job sites and officesCollaborate closely with Inside Sales, Operations, and Management to support customer needsMaintain detailed and accurate customer records and sales activity reportsParticipate in trade shows, sales meetings, and training sessionsActively promote Triangle Fastener Corporation’s brands and services
